About Rosanna
I see the system beneath the symptoms.
I help growing businesses understand why the work feels harder than it should—and build the clarity, systems, and customer experience needed for the next stage.

Experience across the strategy, systems, and front lines.
For more than 25 years, my work has lived at the intersection of customer experience, operations, systems, design, and leadership.
I have worked directly with customers, led teams, managed vendors, rebuilt support operations, designed workflows, created knowledge systems, developed policies, connected technology, handled escalations, and translated frontline patterns into executive decisions.
That range matters. Operational problems rarely stay neatly inside one department. Fixing only the visible symptom creates more work. Understanding the whole system creates lasting change.
Clarity is not simplification. It is understanding.
I am a systems thinker. I look for the relationships between people, decisions, information, tools, promises, and outcomes.
I ask what “great” actually means for this business. I look at what customers need, what the team is being asked to carry, where work becomes stuck, what the data can tell us, and what is missing between the official process and reality.
Systems should support people—not ask people to compensate for broken systems.
The strongest operations make it easier for people to do good work. They reduce avoidable uncertainty, make ownership visible, preserve judgment where it matters, and create a better experience for both the customer and the team.
Where I work
Broad operating experience. Particular depth where trust matters.

- Customer support and service organizations

- Websites, portals, and custom client systems
Systems. Clarity. Transformation.
Meaningful transformation often begins with a small point of clarity: one responsibility defined, one handoff repaired, one decision made visible, or one source of truth created.
Those changes ripple outward. Work becomes easier to understand. Teams become more confident. Customers receive a more consistent experience. Leaders gain better information. Growth becomes more sustainable. That is the Flutterby Effect.
What it is like to work together
I am direct, curious, deeply practical, and comfortable stepping into complexity. I listen closely, ask specific questions, and say what I see. I care about the quality of the strategy, but I care just as much about whether it will work on an ordinary Tuesday when the team is busy and something unexpected happens.
You can expect thoughtful analysis, clear communication, honest recommendations, and a partner who takes ownership of moving the work forward.
